To,\nPublic Information Officer & ADE (H.Q.)\nDirectorate of Education, GNCTD\nRTI Cell, (Room No. 220)\nOld Secretariat, Delhi\n\nSUB-ACR for the year 2015-2016 for the employee id 20080766 is not approved from all offices.\n\nsir ,\n I beg to say that my name is INDU BALA TOMAR and employee id is 20080766 and i am working in SKV-2 mansarover park shahdara delhi 110032 on the post of TGT(HINDI) sir my ACR for the year 2015-2016 hasn not been approved from all offices as it was filled long ago but till now it has not been approved and as per the status of the website which i have seen from the login portal of edudel the current status shows following comments \n\n(ACR Forwarded to KAILASH CHAND-19880428 (PRINCIPAL) and approved and it is further forwarded to JASVINDER KAUR-19800881 (PRINCIPAL) and is still pending.)\n \n\n1-sir i want to know why the ACR is still pending for approval in JASVINDER KAUR-19800881 office.\n2-why ACR was forwarded to JASVINDER KAUR-19800881 when the acting principal of govt sr sec school preet vihar-1002351 was KAILASH CHAND-19880428\n3-Till when this issue will be resolved and the ACR will be approved at all levels .\n\nThank you.

Since the Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi is a separate Public Authority, the appellant is advised to file the appeal with Appellate Authority in GNCTD under the terms of Section 19 of the RTl Act, 2005.
