Respected Sir It has recently come to my knowledge Guest or Contract Teachers are not eligible for duty as an invigilator under DSSSB exams I want to know on what grounds the discrimination has been made between Permanent and Guest or Contract Teachers All Guest or Contract Teachers are working with same capacity and potential like Permanent Teachers All are well qualified and working as hard as they can on low wages We have Department generated IDs and our all documents get verified in District Offices Then on what basis DSSSB has made guidelines for such kind of discrimination It is a kind of violation of dignity of Guest and Contract Teachers Please come with some concrete answers or solutions Thankyou Regards Baby Das
