1. The benefit of retirement gratuity to the employees of autonomous bodies or organisations such as Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Delhi,Kanpur etc), who have served more than 5 years as continuous service and covered under National Pension System (NPS) is applicable or not.
2. If applicable, then please provide the authority, under which retirement gratuity is applicable for NPS employees of autonomous bodies or organisation.
