If -Yes-then provide the relevant estate rule. And if -No- then provide the details of file noting that were adopted to circumvent the existing rule. 3) Copy of the joining letter issued by IIT Delhi to Dr Bhram Prakash with all the terms and condition for joining IIT Delhi. 4) Is Dr Bhram Prakash or family members entitled for medical facility from IITD hospital. Please provide the payment receipt of IITD Ambulance which ferried the lab technician Miss Komal of Dr P Bahsin Lab to collect blood samples of his wife from his residence on 25-05-17 (9.15am). Does IITD hospital extend free home collection of sample for all its employees. 5) Number of entitled leaves (CL, EL, Medical leave etc). 6) Number and type of leave availed from 1 Jan 2016 to 25 May 2017. 7) (i) Number of official meetings (like selection committee meeting, UPSC interview, meetings in HRD Ministry or Health ministry etc ) outside IIT Delhi attended by him in 2016 to 2017.
