I am working as a Contract employee in IISER-TVM and even though it is a central institute there is a huge gap in wages for the same work done by regular and contract employees. I need to know the details regarding the status of implementation of recent judgement regarding the issue Equal pay for Equal work for all employees by our Honorable Supreme Court. I want to know when the judgement will be implemented to reduce the wage gap between the regular and contract employees as well as the protection of rights of the contract employees as stated by the supreme court in all the institutes coming under your ministry.
