Dear Sir/Madam,\nIIT Indore has been shifting its students to under construction buildings in IIT Indore- Simrol Campus through administrative orders. Attached are the images showing the same. In this reference, under RTI Act 2005, I look forward to seek the answers of the following questions:-\n\na) Why is IIT Indore accommodating its students into its still under construction buildings in Simrol Campus. \n\nb) Have there been safety testing of the buildings at every stage while construction.\n\nc) After the construction of the buildings has the institute cleared certification for human occupancy.\n\nd) Will the currently functioning lab in the under construction buildings be deemed legal.\n\ne) Will the institute take the responsibility if anything happens to the students working and residing in such a campus.
