Through a Office memorandum No. 28020/1/2010-Estt(C) Dated 08.04.2016, the Government of India Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, DoPT have communicated a draft office memorandum on Lien and Technical Resignation to all Departments/ministries including MHRD Department of Higher Education. A Copy of the same is uploaded as supportive document.\n\n\n\nPlease furnish the action taken in this regard as under:\n\n\n1. Furnish the details of action by the Department of Higher Education seeking remarks on the draft O.M circulated by DoPT from Central Universities, UGC and similar autonomous bodies under the control of \nDepartment of Higher Education on the draft O.M circulated\n\n\n2. Please furnish the reply remarks/views of the ministry in this regard\n\n\n3. Please furnish the details if the draft O.M once finalised by the DoPT has a binding on UGC and Central Universities unless notified by the MHRD.\n\nPLEASE RAISE THE DEMAND FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OF FEE THROUGH ONLINE PORTAL ITSELF
