1. Please provide me the rule of HRA for PhD student of IIT/ISM under MHRD.\n2. What are the basic facility for PhD student which will be provided by the host institution to stay in a hostel.\n3. If any institution provides accommodation for PhD student which is not suitable as per student basic requirement (like two students in one room 10 feet X 10 feet with only one LAN port and one wall rack without lock) then what is the provision for HRA if student do not want to stay in a Hostel.\n4. Is Hostel fee Compulsory for PhD students who is eligible to get HRA.
