My complaint is regarding the counselling process which is followed by Indian Institute of technology kharagpur for admission in m.tech for the session 2015 . They are doing counselling process through online and three lists of offer has been released but all the lists has been released before the last date 24 june 2015 to withdraw the offer by the candidates if they do not want to take admission and after that they are not going to release any further lists and ready to keep there seats vacant. But why the seats will remian vacant if some other eligible candidates are ready to take admission and they did not get seat there because some students have blocked seats in 2 or 3 colleges. So there should be further rounds for the vacant seats after the last date of withdrawal made by students who got seats in previous rounds and now do not want to take admission. so I want to know that how many seats are vacant there in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering Department after the 24 june 2015 when candidates withdraw the offer and not willing to take admission. And please provide the cut off for each specialization till third round .
