Rules:

• Submit a 500 word summary of your project proposal online (please use the form below).
  The proposal must provide an innovative solution to improve delivery of education in India.
  It should be implementable within a period of 12 months and should result in quantifiable change.
• Shortlisted candidates will be given the opportunity to present their idea before the hon’ble minister of Human Resource Development.
• Winners will be given the chance to implement their idea in the field, over a period of 12 months. The ministry for Human Resource Development will provide a team of mentors and limited financial support to implement the selected proposals.

Eligibility:

The competition is open to all citizen of India, who dream of changing India’s educational system and are willing to dedicate one year to implement their dream project.

Deadline:

The last date for submission on 15^th of September 2014.
