1. Provide the information regarding LTC rules of IIT Institutes. I am providing a case of LTC according to that: A female staff is working on the post of Junior Assistant in IIT system. She is availing LTC and travelling from Delhi to Mumbai with her 17 month baby. She is admissible for 3rd AC train ticket fare as mentioned as per rule of LTC in IIT system. During that particular journey time the Train ticket fare was Rs. 1600 for a lady passenger and Rs. 1600 for baby fare of full seat reservation. But she travels from flight (fare is Rs. 5000 of lady and Rs. 1200 of baby child) rather than train due to single mother traveller. In this situation how much amount will refunded by IIT system LTC rule. A. Please provide me the information the baby travels via flight rather than train with mother in this condition the fare of flight will reimburse or not If reimburse then full fare of flight will reimburse or reimbursement will be according to train fare for baby passenger B.
