But without MHRD, MACP Order and Guidelines, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee has not sanctioned the benefit of MACP after implementation of 7th CPC recommendations ( January 2016). So kindly provide the following Information under RTI Act 2005 on the following points: 1. According to 7th CPC recommendation DoPT G.o.dated sept /28/2016 ( copy enclosed) is applicable in IIT Institutions or not. 2. If applicable may kindly provide the certified copy of the above G.O. along with action guidelines. 3. May kindly provide the certified copy of delegation of powers deliberated to autonomous bodies as IIT Institutions.
