To,\nThe CPIO,\nMinistry of Human Resource Development,\nNew Delhi.\n\nRespected Sir/ madam\n\nAccording to the Honorable Supreme Court order, the candidates of reserved category who have received the benefits or exemptions given under the reservation, whether the number of reserved category candidates are equal or more to the unreserved candidate. They can not get unreserved category seats. The candidates of that reserved category will be given job only in the reserved category.\n\n1. Under the Right to Information Act, 2005, I want to know that the above order of honorable Supreme Court has been followed by Ministry of Human Resource Development and Attached and Subordinate offices under the Ministry of Human Resource Development .\nIf not followed, please provide me the reason behind this.\n\n2. Under the Right to Information Act, 2005, I want to know whether the above order of Honorable Supreme Court will be follow in all other upcoming recruitment examinations conduct by Ministry of Human Resource Development and Attached and Subordinate offices under the Ministry of Human Resource Development or not.\n\n\nCopy of the Supreme Court order is enclosed. \n\nYours Sincerely,\nBhanu
