Dear Sir, Kindly refer to your letter dated Feb 16, 2016 regarding information about BIETs in respect of Minority concentration area. Copy of Guidelines of CSSTE Scheme can be seen via following link: Home Page --- Guidelines http://www.teindia.nic.in/Files/Guidelines/Guidelines-CSSTE-June-2012.pdf List of eligible blocks identified state wise can be seen under Annexure-XII (i.e. page no. 128-138) in the CSSTE Scheme Guidelines. Every year central government sends a common letter to all states for furnishing the information regarding Teacher Education AWP&B for their state. Copy of 2016 letter is attached. MHRD has received only one proposal from the Govt. of NCT of Delhi regarding BIET for the Financial Year 2014-15. In the proposal the Govt. of NCT of Delhi has informed MHRD that they are looking for 10 acre land in 3 locations i.e. Shastri Park, Nand Nagri and Shahdara. However, MHRD have not received any proposal from the Govt. of NCT of Delhi for financial year 2015-16 and for 2016-17 till date. Central government have a fixed format wherein state have to proposed, and after receiving proposal TEAB (Teacher Education Appraisal Board) decides for final action.
