I am concerned that NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY under the Department is a corrupt organisation and its senior officers are rigging the exams and the scores to be used admissions into prestigious centrally funded institutes of higher learning. Hence this request in larger public interest 1) Provide me a genuine copy of the statutory legislation enacted for setting up the NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY 2) Kindly provide me a genuine copy of all the subordinate legislation rules and regulations for the NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY along with their dates of tabling in Parliament 3) Kindly provide me the genuine copy of the statutory basis whereby NTA is compulsorily collecting biometric information from their test subjects 4) Kindly provide me the genuine copy of the statutory basis whereby NTA is compulsorily collecting core biometric information from their test subjects 5) Kindly provide me the genuine copy of the statutory basis whereby NTA is compulsorily collecting sensitive personal information from their test subjects 6) Kindly provide me the complete records and details of every person who has ever collected any core biometric information from an NTA test subject 7) Information of the rules, regulations or notified procedures whereby NTA collects core biometric information of test subjects 8) Information of the rules, regulations or notified procedures whereby NTA stores or preserves core biometric information of test subjects 9) Information of complete list of persons authorised or approved by Government to collect or store or preserve core biometric information of NTA test subjects 10) Information of complete list of persons authorised or approved by Government to collect or store or preserve sensitive personal information of NTA test subjects 11) Information that the JEE conducting organisation has insisted that collection, storage and preservation of core biometrics is responsibility of private agency conducting the NTA tests 12) Information of all the locations or locations where the core biometrics for any NTA tests was collected. 13) Information of all the locations or locations where the core biometrics for any NTA tests is presently stored or preserved along with the names and designation of the officers having custody of these core biometric records 14) Information if any specialist information technology officers of MEITY or NIC are associated with conduct of NTA exams, if so their complete particulars and designations and a description of their roles in the process 15) Information that only the servers and networks of Govt of India are exclusively used for conducting NTAs tests.
