Please provide following information and documents under the RTI Act-2005: 1. Current rate of Dearness Allowance to the in-service employees of Indian Institutes of Technology drawing their pay in the pre-revised pay scales as per 6th pay commission. 2. Current rate of Dearness Allowance to the retired employees of Indian Institutes of Technology drawing their pension in the pre-revised pay scales as per 6th pay commission. 3. Copies of the notifications issued in calendar years 2016 and 2017 for revision of rate of Dearness Allowance to the in-service teachers of Indian Institutes of Technology drawing their pay in the pre-revised pay scales as per 6th pay commission. 4. Copies of the notifications issued in calendar years 2016 and 2017 for revision of rate of Dearness Allowance to the retired employees of Indian Institutes of Technology drawing their pension in the pre-revised pay scales as per 6th pay commission. 5. If no notification has been issued in calendar years 2016 and 2017 for revision of rates of Dearness allowance for the pensioners of IITs, please provide the copies of decision taken by the competent authority to this effect. 6. Please provide copies of the letters received from IIT Roorkee in calendar years 2016 and 2017 requesting for issuing notification for revision of the Dearness Allowance of pensioners. Please also supply the copy of replies to such letters along with relevant file notings on the actions taken on these request letters.
