To CPIO Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi 221005 Respected sir i applicant suman kumar saurabh s/o mahendra yadav wants to state that i have selected for the phD admission ,Application No 15107030, exam conducted on date 02/06/2015 at iit bhu Varanasi ,UP But at the councilling time i have not produce obc(NCL) certificate of current year 2015,i produce obc certificate of year 2014 issue date 22/05/2014 so that iitbhu counselling administration reject me. i have also request to give me one week time for current obc produce then iitbhu counselling administration not allow it and seat is now also vacant hence i not finally selected so i wants to know following information under RTI act 2005.
