This is related to the IIT /Other engineering Colleges and the need of society. I will on that focus ask following question. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.Do we have a plan to have to large scale discussion on what to be asked in JEE/any entrance exams.If not Which Law is limiting us for so. 2.How are we going to Control the Need of Society from Engineers. 3.How are we going to make control of what is being taught in engineering is whether met by actual teaching. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the time to have a Broad based on society need,current education system based modified Entrance pattern. Definitely the motto is to let the Engineering be what engineering means . Doing this we will have more involvement of Engineers to society. Please find below why these question are relevant.. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As we now finally be it any institution if it is higher education it must be finally under HRD. On that line i have following questions- 1.The first step for IIT /any engineering College is JEE/entrance exam which has to see what we need for IIT / any Engineering education Institution for that matter.So the JEE/Engineering Entrance Exams becomes vital to be a bridge between the Social demand by the engineers and the students at class 10-12 Further having such a syllabus in JEE will be a good mile stone for those who are studying in 10,11,12 intern what they are studying at class 10,11,12 will also help them for Becoming Good Engineers. We all know the aim is not to classify who shall become Engineers at class 10 but not to ask any thing in JEE/entrance exam which will become irrelevant during engineering .and to ask them what is relevant to become engineer. A) Send the following document who have granted ACP between 01.01.2006 to 31.08.2008 and option sixth pay commission w.e.f. 01.01.2006 as per 6.1 (a) of MACP OM : i) Certified copy of the office order for grant of ACP between 01.01.2006 to 31.08.2008 alongwith noting portion which is done for their pay fixation. ii) Copy of the pay fixation who are falls under point (i) above. iii) Arrear details paid to official granted ACP w.e.f. 01.01.2006 to 01.07.2013. iv) Whether any recovery has been made by the audit wing (internal or external) on fixation of pay. v) Copy of the options made by the official on grant of ACP as per DOPT OM dated 19.05.2009 para 6.1 of Annexure-I of MACP. vi) Status of option on grant of ACP as per DOPT OM No. 35034/3/2008-Estt.(D) letter dated 19.05.2009 weather it is 6.1 (a) i.e. w.e.f. 01.01.2006 with reference to his pre-revised scale as on 01.01.2006 or 6.1 (b) i.e. w.e.f. the date of his financial upgradation under ACP with reference to the pre-revised scale granted under ACP. vi) Status of grant of ACP or date of next increment. vii) Copy of his option on implementation of Sixth Pay Commission. In our institute there is attendance system for stipend in M.TECH in CIVIL engg(special attendance besides class attendance).But there is no system of mandatory attendance for stipend in other dept.Why there is this type of ambiguity(only in civil not in all other dept.).In some dept there is attendance system but no deduction in stipend. MHRD pays us 8000/- per month in full.but because of loss in attendance some money generally deducted.SO where this money goes.Enlighten us. |
