I registered application for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2015 (gate) and i appeared in exam that held in 31 january 2015 in morning schedule . the result for this was announced to 12 feb . And my score in this exam is not satisfactory as compared to my responses. from various institutes like made easy which provide answer key on there web page , i matched my response to every answer and calculated my marks which were far more than which i got in announced gate score. My humble request to you is to provide me the exact answer key from iit kanpur according to my response . Because iit kanpur conducted the exam this year. And please tell precisely which question i marked wrong and which i marked right and also tell the negative mark i obtained for wrong answering and positive mark i obtained right answering according to my set that was 31 jan 2015 in morning schedule . 2798 DOHED/R/2015/61102 nil Respected Sir/Madam , Kindly provide the following information under RTI Act. with respect to Honourable Minister , H.R.D. and Indian Institue Of Technology , Kharagpur. A brief description : This is related to expulsion of students from I.I.T. Kharagpur on academic ground .Total 8 students ( 7 being from reserved category ) were expelled from I.I.T. Kharagpur in the academic year 2012-13 on academic ground . The case of 3 students was taken up in National Commission Of Scheduled Caste where we justified that the case of affected students is genuine. It was directed by the commission to give the students one more chance .However I.I.T. Kharagpur didnt find merit in the case and declined it . Nevertheless considering our case as genuine N.C.S.C. Chairman Sri P. L. Punia wrote a letter to Honble H.R.D. Minister Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani regarding this issue. In this regard a petition was submitted by me ( I was the petitioner at N.C.S.C. and was a student at I.I.T. kharagpur that time ) along with the D.O. letter written by N.C.S.C. Chairman Sri P. L. Punia at Honourable H.R.D. Minister Residence and in the H.R.D. Ministry Office in August , 2014 ( It was given personally to the then Secretary , Department Of Higher Education) ( All the submitted documents can be downladed from the mail sent to Secretary , Department Of Higher Education on 19th September 2014 . A snapshot of the mail is attached with this RTI as supporting document. ) but no reply was recieved regarding the decision of Honourable H.R.D. Minister in this case . Per capita Income of SCs and STs 3.Number of Serving and retired (belonging to Sc and ST community) Civil Servants viz, IAS, IPS, IRS....Scientists, Defense Forces, Indian Railways, DRDO, ISRO, RBI,... Class 1, Class 2,3,4...other Central Govt and State Govt Employees and Centre and state PSUs and their ratio corresponding to the total number. 4.Number of SC and ST graduates, Post Graduates and Doctorates from prestigious institutes like IISC, IITs, IIMs and AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER till date and their ratio. 5.Why does not UPSC/SSC or concerned body provide CIVIL Services and Staff Selection Commission CGL, HSL training/coaching programme for Sc/Sts for CIVILS, SSC, and other important competitive examinations similar to what IBPS and other banks provide for thier recruitment exams in the name of Pre-Examination Training Programme for SC/ST.... 6. Number/List of large Scale Entrepreneurs/ Industrialists/ Farmers belonging to SC/ST community if any. 7. Number/ List of Millionairs and NRIs belonging to SC/ST community if any. 8. Number/ Amt of Loans provided to SC/ST students, farmers, Industrialists, Home loans, Education loans, interest discount........and based on what eligibility criterion. 9. Number of Professionals in the country belonging to Scheduled communities like Doctors, Engineers, Scientists, Chartered Accountants, Advocates etc..... 10. Detailed list of the facilities/ encouragement provided to SC/STs in terms of scholarships,reservations, books,education, employment, memberships, trainings, skill developments if any. 11.Outstanding achievements/ contributions of people belonging to Sc/ST community to the nation or for the cause of Humanity if any. 12.What is the state of SC/STs today in the Indian society regarding Untouchability are they still treated as such in Urban and Rural places. 13.Status of SC/STS socially, Economically, Education wise comapred to pre/post independence era. 14. By which year can SC/STs be assumed to be considered as part of Mainstream Society as per statistics. 15. 2800 DOHED/R/2015/80366 nil What is the method of marks normalization for JEE Mains exam conducted for offline (paper pen based) and online students. Since they are subjected to different set of questions, how does the CBSE ensure that one set of tough paper doesnt penalise that group of students unfairly. In short do they use methods similar to CAT (MBA test for IIMs) where each day students are considered as one group for normalization. 12/04/2015 nil Reply attached. Secy JEE Main to rectify the reply but he did not respond to my appeal. I am NOT asking about normalization of marks between various class XII boards for preparing the merit list. My query is as follows. JEE Main is conducted all over India using at least THREE different sets of question papers including online and offline. There is bound to be difference in the difficulty level of these different sets of papers. Hence it is unfair to the students subjected to more difficult paper to be compared in the SAME merit list to the other students. Therefore, CBSE should follow the procedure followed by other Indian and Global examination for normalization of marks obtained by students of DIFFERENT question papers. My question to CBSE is that whether they follow this normalization between papers or not. I am not asking about class XII normalization 13/05/2015 nil nil nil
