Please refer to my earlier RTI application no. CBSED/R/2018/80148 dated 06.04.2018 for seeking information under RTI Act, 2005 (Copy attached), I request for the following information: Can as in this case Bengali Sr Sec School, 22A Sham Nath Marg claim to be linguistic minority if the competent authority which is Department of School and Education & Literacy, Ministry of HRD has not issued it any linguistic minority certificate to the school. If yes, please provide the copy of the rule under which a linguistic minority school can be considered as linguistic minority in absence of linguistic minority certificate.
