If someone is pursuing or completed Ph.D. in Engineering or Science from any IIT, does his Ph.D. tenure or total time in which one completed/pursuing Ph.D., will be considered research experience. Is there any rule, policy, notification of Ministry of Human Resource development or Department of Higher Education, Government of India. If, Yes kindly provide that.
