Dear,\n\nThis request is with reference to incorrect termination initiated by my training institute (PACE IIT Training Institute, Pune) against me. Employee ID: 4987. I have attached the copy of the original termination email and my reply post his discussion but training institute is trying to cover up their human error. The meeting with the management the following day of the termination mail assured me that they would recall the termination mail indicating it was a human error and sent in error but the mail they sent was a cover up saying that they would allow me to continue for a month to collect the feedback and indirectly indicate that they would terminate me and they are confident that students are going to give me negative feedback. There have been various issues I have raised with the management and I am worried if those indirectly made few hire management folks not take them in a right way and trying to dismiss me on basis which is fabricated. I maintain all the records at my end and have all required documents in my defence. The institute upon contact them today (24th Nov), they have threaten me on dire consequences if I take this conversation any where forward instead of adhering on what they say. The only reason I am appealing this to you is because, I am willing to forget the work done at this institute and move forward but worried they may spoil my future carrier in one or the other way. I humbly request you to get me justice and also protect from any physical and mental harassment that I may face due to this ongoing incident directly or indirectly.
