(a) how many school were burnt (b) what was total loss (c) total capacity of these schools in terms of (1) infrastructure - rooms, books, furniture and other assets (2) Students (Boys and girls) and Teacher (3) what is contribution of these schools in over all J & K state (d) what is plan of rebuilding these schools (e) is there any time line fixed to complete this exercise of rebuilding these schools, if yes, by when it will be completed (f) what are total budgetary planning (INR) to complete this rebuilding exercise (g) what are steps taken or can/will be taken to thwart such future incidence (h) what are interim arrangements for students of these school for time being (i) is there any mechanism (survey among student and their parents) set up to reach to these affected students directly from central govt after this incident. also how are we supervising the rebuilding process if any. (j) How is govt ensuring that affected students are taken care properly, pl elaborate with action taken and anecdotal facts .
