Dear Sir/Mam,\n\nIn accordance with Supreme Court Ruling of 1997 the issue of sexual harassment in the workplace, it has become legally mandatory for employers and administration to deploy measures for combating and redressing incidence of sexual harassment in there organization. In this regard, under the RTI Act 2005, I would like to ask the following questions:\n\na) Whether IIT Indore has a sexual harassment committee and if so, kindly give details including the name of its members.\n\nb) Provide details of the number of cases brought to the committee and actions taken.\n\nc) How many faculties have been charged against such complaints.\n\nd) What is the number of female PhD scholars in the institute.\n\ne) What is the number of female faculties in the institute.\n\nf) Are there female student representative included in the committee for such cases.\n\ng) Is there a complaint forum against professors.\n\nh) What are the actions that ought to be taken against faculty in such cases.
