Please provide me the photocopy of all the applications in regard to GATE stipend claim for M.E. students of the academic year 2011-2013 by BITS-Pilani, Pilani Campus during the period of 01/07/ 2011 to present date (25/09/2013). 2. If the applications are complete and verified, please provide me certified copy of the acknowledgement given/sent to the BITS-Pilani, Pilani Campus regarding acceptance of application. 3. If the applications are rejected/on hold due to lack of information or any other reasons, then please provide me certified copy of the notice/acknowledgement sent to the BITS-Pilani, Pilani Campus mentioning the reasons for the same. 4. If the application was correct and verified, please tell me the reasons with certified copy for delay in releasing the stipend amount. 5. Please tell me the Maximum number of days to release the funds to the beneficiary account on receipt of complete documents regarding the claim of GATE Stipend. I will pay any additional charges if to be paid for getting the photocopies of the documents.
