No. A-20020/11/97-IFD dated 31.03.2010 issued by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India regarding revision in emoluments, can you please inform- 1- Are there any efforts undertaken by MHRD/AICTE to revise the fellowship of M.Tech Students in IITs If the answer to question 1- is yes, 2- Please provide the details of the steps undertaken. 3- What is the current status of the process 4- How long will MHRD/AICTE take to revise the fellowship of M.Tech Students 5- Is there any formula used to calculate the hike in fellowship If yes, what is that formula
