Please provide information on the following facts under RTI Act 2005: 1. Is it a fact that Dept of Higher Edu has recommended for revoking the suspension of an IIT Kharagpur prof essor, Rri Rajeev Kumar, as reported in the daily The Indian Express (attached).. 2. If yes, kindly provide a copy of the recommendation letter, as stated above, sent to the IIT Kharagpur administration in this regard. 3. What was the reason for his suspension by Khgp IIT administration. 4. Please provide a copy of the advice given by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) of HRD Minist ry, Shri Amit Khare, in this regard, as appeared in the daily, Indian Express.
