Copy of CVCs OM No. 38416/2014/Vigilance 7 dated 26/02/15 regarding complaint against Director, NIT Uttarakhand by Faculty members. 2. Copy of reply submitted by the Director, NIT Uttarakhand to MHRD against letter F.No.30- 4/2014.TS-III dated 19 nov. 2014. 3. Copy of CBI recommendation against Director, NIT Uttarakhand in National Instruments (Labview) Deal (PE0072014A0006). 4. Copy of Departmental action taken by MHRD to curb humiliation and Malpractices adopted by the Director, NIT Uttarakhand. 5. Copy of direction given by CVO, MHRD to Director, NIT Uttarakhand for protecting whistleblowers against victimization. In the same contest, I have received a letter dated 06/10/15 from MHRD without any enclosure or reply of information sought. The letter is enclosed here for your kind reference.
