813 DOHED/R/2018/81063 nil Students Friendly Features of exams to be conducted by NTA\n1. For the first time in the history of competitive examinations, the JEE(Main) and NEET (UG) will be conducted twice before admissions in the next academic session. This gives a choice to the students.\n\n2. This will give more chances to students thereby giving adequate opportunity to bring out his/her best and reducing stress which develops due to single exam conducted on one single day in the year.\n\n3. The examinations for all candidates will be conducted in online (computer based) mode only.\n\n4. All the tests UGC- NET, JEE (Main) & NEET (UG)) will be conducted in multiple sittings and a candidate will have an option of dates to choose from. Scores of different candidates in multiple sittings will also be equated using standardization techniques.\n\n5. These examinations will use highly secured IT software and encryption to ensure delivery of tests just in time. This will ensure no leakages and other malpractices.\n\n6. NTA will establish a network of test practice centres for students of rural areas so that everyone will have an opportunity to practice before the exam. Schools/engineering colleges with computer centres would be identified and kept open on Saturday/Sunday starting from 3rd week of August. Any student can use the facility free of charge.\n\n7. All tests would be set in a scientific manner with the test items developed jointly by the subject matter experts and psychometricians.\n\n8. All the above mentioned examinations will be held in existing number of languages.\n\nSo it is clear the schedule given by NTA is student friendly. \n\nBut All the tests UGC- NET, JEE (Main) except NEET (UG)) will be conducted in multiple sittings and a candidate will have an option of dates to choose from. \n\nWhy this discrimination selectively against students appearing NEET (UG).\n\nWhat are the specific problems discovered only for Medical aspirants put forward by Health Ministry to exclude them from the so many benefits of student friendly examination schedule of NTA.\n\nIf there are problems for rural areas and examination stress, then how JEE (Main) aspirants will have no problems. Are there only urban aspirants for JEE (Main) 31/08/2018 nil Reply Attached View nil nil nil View nil View
