Firstly, as per F.N0.17-2/2014-TS.I PhD (GATE) scholars, those who have admitted through M.Tech degree will get 28000 per month as a scholarship. In F.N0.17-2/2014-TS.I it is not mentioned that for first 2 years the scholarship will be 25000 and then it will be 28000. As no such division is mentioned then why the institutes like IITs and NITs and IIITs are following such rule, Please enlight on this aspect \nSecondly, the amount of contingency is not mentioned clearly. Please specify the amount of contingency allotted for PhD (GATE) scholars in the central institute.\nAlso please mention any correction or update to F.N0.17-2/2014-TS.I this regulation. |
