(SCT) dt 8/9/1993 of DoPT under Clause 6 (INCOME/WEALTH TEST) the expression that, Income from salaries or agriculture land shall not be clubbed, is this applicable to Clause VI(a) ONLY or applicable to BOTH VI(a) and VI(b).\n\nAttached for your reference is the letter of Joint Secretary , Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Smt Swapna Ray, which says that, the income from salaries and agriculture land are not considered for determination of creamy layer. 772 DOHED/R/2018/52594 nil What is the status of porn ban in IITs.\nAs you might be aware that, almost all NITs/Central Universities and other educational institutions have banned usage of porn inside the campus through wifi, but as far as IITs are concerned, adult websites are not generally banned.\nWhy should watching adult websites are concerned with liberty and why that liberty is given only to IIT campus.\nAs we are aware that recently boarding school students of uttarkand involved with rape crime has said that they got instigated by watching porn, why should government promote watching porn in IITs. If it is dealing with independent privacy, let them watch in their own personal mobile, why should it is allowed in public domain of IITs..
