Please give information on the following-
1)Total money charged from students, all over India, for giving the GATE exam,2019.
2)Total charges incurred by the department in conducting the exam all over India in 2019.
3)What is done of the residual money (the difference of the total money charged from candidates and total charges incurred by the department or the conducting authority).

Appeal:
The appeal is regarding following points-
1)According to the RTI reply, the application reached the concerned department on 08/07/2019.The RTI reply is dated 23/07/2019, in which the PIO has transferred the application to another PIO.According to Section 6 (3) of RTI act,2005, the application need to be transferred in not more than 5 days.But the PIO took about 15 days to transfer the application.
2)The RTI reply is dated 23/07/2019 but the reply was uploaded on the website and an email intimation given to the applicant only on 05/08/2019.
3)According to Section 7 (1) of RTI act,2005, The information need to be given in 30 days, But the time period has already passed and no real information has been given, only the RTI application has been transferred to another PIO.
