\nI had requested the CPIO, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) through RTI Registration No DOHED/R/2018/50381 dated 10/02/2018 to kindly provide the documents belonging to MHRD related with the appointments of Directors of different Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) since 01/01/2010.\nSri Kundan Nath, CPIO, MHRD said through his letter F No A.33-1/2018-TS-I (March) dated 01/03/2018 that that the information is voluminous and hence I shall visit the office to get the information.\nIt is being prayed that it is not possible for me to visit the office at Delhi. Hence the CPIO may kindly be directed to provide the requisite information in the best possible manner understood by him and retrieved by me without undertaking any excessive pain, which can be compiled through normal course of affairs. This will save both the parties I will not have to come to Delhi merely for this while the CPIO will also be able to provide whatever information he can provide in routine manner, without prolonging the matter, and saving his time in entertaining an outsider which can be easily avoided through this process. \nHence this First Appeal to kindly direct the CPIO to act accordingly.\n
