Did President Ram Nath Kovind, in his capacity as the Visitor, turn down a proposal sent by IIT Bombay on reemployment of a few faculty members. If yes, kindly mention the dates on which the proposal was forwarded by the HRD Ministry to the President office and when the response from Rashtrapati Bhawan was received by the ministry.\n\n2. I would like to inspect the file containing all file notings, documents and correspondence on the above cited subject. I would like to inspect the file for three hours and I request the CPIO to make arrangements to make photocopies of the documents I identify during the inspection.
