I want to know the following questions: 1. What is the upper age limit for a girl child to get admission in 11th class in delhi govt. school , who passed her 10th exam from NIOS. 2.What is the minimum percentage required for a girl child to get admission in 11th class in art stream , who passed her 10th exam from NIOS. 3. What can we do if a school denies admission on the ground of over age. 4. Who is the authority empowered to provide age relaxation to overage students and how/ what is the procedure to get it. 5. What can a citizen of India can do if school denies admission to a student on basis of own assumptions/self made rules are we supposed to run pillar to post to get our constitutional right of education.
