sir As i have received reply from MHRD department of higher education CPIO THAT IT HAS NO INFORMATION ABOUT MY APPLICATION . Now i just want to know FROM WHICH DEPARTMENT/MINISTRY THE BELOW REQUIRED information can be SOUGHT OUT I would like to know the following information about the admission criteria for OBC in central government technical institution like IIT,IIM etc 1. Whether the children of group B central government OBC employees are eligible for reservations under the OBC Non Creamy Layer (NCL) irrespective of their salary income,without any other income. 2. If No then what is the criteria for reservations of OBC candidate whose single parents Is group B central government employee with no any other income. 3. if Yes please clarify whether a certificate from the employer of the respective central government Department regarding group B or C along with the OBC certificate is sufficient for reservations in IITs if there is no other income earned by the employee except salary.
