1. Whether any instructions/orders have been issued for implementation of OM No. 38/37/08-P&PW(A) GOI dated 6th april 2016 - revision of pension of pre -2006 pensioners regarding delinking of revised pension from qualifying service of 33 years to various IITs ( Like IIT Roorkee, Delhi etc )
