1. Information regarding a post for which two different institutes (say IISER and NISER Bhubneshwar) have different promotion policy although the nature of the job is exactly the same.
2. Does the institute have the power to frame the promotion policy taking into the account the policy followed at the other institute.
3. If an institute follows a uniform policy of promotion for all the post whether technical, administrative, scientific etc. then what is the procedure that personnel should follow so that he can demand for a different promotional policy (which is being followed at some other institute) taking into account the technicality of the post on which he/she is serving.
