Sir/Madam Kindly provide the following information under RTI Act 2005 1. Details of employees posted through Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) i.e. IIMs / IITs / NITs / BOATs / BoPT / NITTTRs / SPAs/ ISCERs etc in the Department of Higher Education. 2. Date of appointment / re-newel of contracts / agreement / hiring date of such employees presently working in the Technical Sections I to VII. 3. Details of nature of work, with specification i.e. sensitive matter or routine matter, allotted to such employees. 4. Rule position for appointment / contract /hiring of such employees from the above mentioned CFTIs. 5. Details of such employees who have been regularized from their respective CFTIs. Whether such employees were working on contract basis in the Ministry before their regularization in the CFTIs. Provide the copy of advertisement for such appointments . 6. Details of rules for re-newel of contract / increase in the salary of such employees. 7. Mechanism adopted for monitoring the integrity and accountability of such employees.
