Please provide the full details (like year wise, subject wise) of the funds utilized by the higher education institutes under the government of india since June 21, 1991. 3. Kindly provide the details of the full details (like year wise, subject wise) of the funds allotted to the higher education institutes for the research and development by the Department of Science and Technology, government of india since June 21, 1991 under the project proposals and grant proposals. I state that the information sought above, does not fall within the restrictions contained in section 8 and 9 of the Act, to the best of my knowledge. If you do not directly deal with this application or a part thereof, kindly forward it to the respective PIO of the correct department. You are required to do so within 5 days of receipt of this application, as per Sec 6(3) of the Act. Please send your reply through Speed post or Registered post ONLY. Please refer to the recent direction from the Central Information Commission instructing ALL PIOs to send RTI replies only through Speed/Registered post.
