During the time of IIT-JEE 2012 Counselling, IIT Delhi took an amount of Rs.40000. The fee for first semester (2012-13/I) was less than Rs. 40000. The accounts section of IIT Delhi said that rest of the money would be adjusted in next semester (i.e 2012-13/II) fee.But it was never adjusted and we have not received the refund for that too. Kindly let me know what was done with that money.
