1. sir i have completed one year of master degree(two year course) course(M-TECH) in electrical discipline from iit roorkee. after completing one year of course i have joined state govt. job in mp.\n2. sir IIT ROORKEE is allowing to continue your thesis /dissertation work in your work place in part time mode (converted two year course to three year course) their is no class work only thesis work is remaining .but institute want noc from employer.\n3. is their any way/rule to continue my dissertation/thesis work in my job place.\nattached ordinance copy of IIT ROORKEE with highlighted point.
