i would like to know the following details regarding right to education act.. 1)what is the procedure to apply for seat in school through right to education act(25% free seats) 2)if any certificate needed...what about orphans who dont have any sertificates 3)what if any school says we wont give free seat on basis of education act.....what legal action can we take against them 4)is this act applicable to digi schools and cbse schools thanking you........
