Subject : Seeking Information under Right to Information Act 2005 Sir, Please provide the following information with respect to Indian Institute of Technology(IIT Madras), Tamilnadu: 1. Current Tendering procedure for allocation of any vendor within IIT Madras campus. 2. Yearly Quotation copy from different vendors for Students Facility center shops (e.g. currently Gurunath departmental stores) since 2010 to 2015. 3. Current Contract document between IIT Madras and Gurunath departmental stores. 4. Current price list of items sold in the Gurunath departmental stores as per the contract. 5. Copy of Feedback collected for service, quality, price for Gurunath departmental stores and Gurunath cafe from 2012 to 2015. 6. Account Balance sheet of Chennai traders non veg mess and Shakti kitchen pvt.ltd.mess for the month of February 2015. 7. Copy of consolidated Feedback collected for service, quality, hygiene for all messes running in IITM for year 2014. 8. Copy of Break up of Advance Dining charges taken in fee of every semester. 9. Copy of all bills and payments done by Tamraparni Hostel for the year 2014-2015 from the Establishment A charges and Establishment B charges paid by students which is included in hostel fees. If the Above information is not present in your office, as per RTI act Sec 6(3) Please direct My RTI petition to the respective department PIO and notify me regarding that. I am depositing Rs 10 as application fee via online banking.
