NIT- KURUKSHETRA (Advt. No. 21/2015): Eligibility criteria_ Essential: Masters degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade B in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized University/Institute with excellent academic record. OR Employee of the institute serving as Superintendent SGII or Secretary (Selection Grade-II) for at least 6 year at Grade pay of Rs. 4800/- or higher with Masters degree, and exemplary performance record. Age bar not applicable, no relaxation in educational qualifications. Desirable i) Qualification in area of management/ Engineering /Law. ii) Experience in handling computerized administration /legal/ financial/ establishment matters. iii) A Chartered or Cost Accountant degree or diploma for the post of Assistant Registrar (Finance and Accounts). Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years Period of Probation: 2 years. Indian Maritime University (Advt. No. IMU/HQ/AR-ARF/2015-16):Eligibility criteria_ Essential:(i )A Masters Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade. (ii) At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience in an office in Academics/Examinations/ Finance and Accounts/Procurement/Human Resources Management in one or more of the following: (a) Central or State Universities or research institutions (b) Central or State Government Departments and Agencies (c) Autonomous Bodies under the Central or State Governments (d) Port Trusts (e) Public Sector Undertakings (f) Public Sector Banks or Financial Institutions (g) Public Limited Companies. Desirable: Good knowledge of Information, Communication and Technology. Based on these advertisements and attached files,it shows that there is no fixed eligibility criteria for the similar post of assistant registrar (same pay scale ) at various institutes under HRD.It would be kind of you,if you let me know the basis of such advertisements and provide me the suitable justification for this.This is only one of the instance which I am referring, in past also (IISER-Mohali), various advertisements have been made for the similar post of assistant registrar with variations in the eligibility criteria.
