As per the information sheet of written examination, sent by IITK towards examination pattern, it declared distribution of marks, as per the attached sheet.
The queries are:
For Part A, how many questions were asked under head A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5 as mentioned.
1 What were the marks assigned to questions asked under head A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5
2 For Part B, how many questions were asked as per the mentioned pattern. If there was a change, under which rule or clause it was made.
3 If there was any change, whether it was intimated to the candidate prior to the examination
4 If there was change in the examination pattern, who was the competent authority to approve it, and under which rule it happened
5 How many positions were there under different categories
6 If positions were same, whether number of candidates called for trade test are also same. If not, what are the reasons specify
7 How many candidates were called for written test who are working already in IIT Kanpur in any capacity, including project or daily wages mode.
8 How many candidates selected for trade test, are already working in IIT Kanpur in any capacity like project or daily wages mode
9 Are the candidates called for trade test in the same ratio of advertised and available positions in each category
10 Whether any staff or faculty was involved in the examination process had any relatives or dependents who appeared for examination. Was the declaration taken. If any guilty found, who will be the responsible person and what action will be taken
11 Was the merit list disclosed to candidates. If not, why Give proper reasons.
12 Result sheet was approved and signed by the head of the concerned department. Whether this person already has a history of malpractices in last 2-3 years, as per the same case of selection in any kind of recruitment. |

Respected Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to my grievance against IIT mandi (Grievance No. DPG/O/2019/809458, Dated 27th April 2019), filed with Directorate of Public Grievance (DPG).
This is to bring to your kind consideration that my grievance no. DPG/O/2019/809458, dated 27th April 2019 got closed by the respective appellate authority of Directorate of Public Grievance on 5th July, 2019 without conducting any proper investigation. Hence under the RTI Act 2005, I want to seek following furnished information from the above respective appellate authorities (DPG):
1. If, the closing of my grievance is an acceptance of the brief and fabricated reply set (File No. IIT Mandi/RO-80/2019/3982-84, dated 3rd July 2019) sent from the registrar (K. K. Bajre) of IIT Mandi, than please specify the reasons behind that.
2. The reply set sent from the registrar IIT Mandi was very ambiguous and not discussive to all the issues I had raised in my grievance dated 27th April, 2019 with the respective appellate authorities of Directorate of Public Grievance. So, please specify the measures taken by the respective appellate authorities to overcome this discrepancy/gap.
3. The reply sent from registrar IIT Mandi is far from reality and not supported by any relevant documents, hence it cannot be legal and binding to anyone. So, please specify the measures taken by all the appellate authorities to get all the relevant documents to support their reply (IIT Mandi). If not, than please specify me the reasons of not doing so as well.
4. If any supporting document has been received from IIT Mandi against their reply and the issues I had raised in my grievance, then please also sent me a copy of all supportive documents.
5. In the absence of any supporting document, the reply set sent from IIT Mandi authority is not legal and binding, hence liable to discard. So, please specify me the reasons of not taking any action in this regard. Also specify me the reasons of not taking any action to quash my suspension from the institution, release
of my Ph.D. scholarship, change of my Ph.D. supervisor, and constitution of independent inquiry committee to resolve my problem.
6. In view of above, as an appellate authority of pan India basis, please specify the reasons behind your irresponsible attitude to (favourably) redressal of my grievance.
7. Please specify a time period within which a proper action will be taken to address all my requests mentioned here above and also in my grievance dated 27th April, 2019.

The rules regarding the allotment of the seats through state OBC quota in the NEET exam
BACKGROUND:
There are some students who are getting admission through state OBC quota of two states.
How can a student have OBC of two states and participate in counselling of two states
Student naming Manish, NEET Roll number-230206519 and NEET Rank-4270 got allotted MBBS PGI, Rohtak in Haryana and Maulana Azad Medical College in Delhi through state OBC quota of both the states.
In the light of the above mentioned background, please provide the following information under section 2(f) and 2(j) of the RTI act:
1) The rules regarding the allotment of the seats through state OBC quota in the NEET exam.
2) As per the rules, whether a candidate having OBC of two states can participate in counselling of two states.
3) A certified copy of the rules and procedures followed for counselling of the candidates having OBC of two states. |
