I am appointed provisionally for two years to the post of Assistant Teacher (for class IX-X) in a Government Sponsored High School against the recommendation of The W.B.C.S.S.C. After two years, my service will be confirmed. Due to some reason I have to take some without pay leaves within my provisional service period. Kindly provide the following information under Right to Information Act 2005. 1. Can I take without pay Leave within my provisional service period before confirmation of service 2. If I can whether I have to take MC permission for without pay leave 3. Maximum how many days may I take without pay leave 4. If I take such kind of leave will loss of seniority arise 5. If I take such kind of leave can I apply for Mutual Transfer after 2 Years of service
