Dear Sir I am a research scholar in NIT Jalandhar I have following questions to put forward 1 Does the Hike in fellowship announced in January 2019 by DST not implemented for PhD scholars in NITs 2 Are PhD scholar not Researchers 3 Does IITs and NITs have different funding agencies 4 Hike fellowship has been implemented by some NITs while some are still reluctant to apply Is not it disobeying to the national notice by DST
