I request you to provide me with the details of consortiums formed for the purpose of providing access to electronic knowledge databases. One example of such a consortium is e-ShodhSindhu (please find the attached image), a Ministry of Human Resource Development initiative. I would like to know all such consortiums formed or funded by the MHRD.
