To CPIO, Government Of National Territory Of Delhi, Directorate of Education, Caretaking Branch, Room No - 255, Old Secretariat, Delhi - 110054 (Engagement Order Of Contractual Estate Manager), Sir, I want to know the information regarding the engagement of retired persons on contract basis in the Govt schools for the post of estate manager under the advertisement No. F.1/437/CTB/Vol.III/2016-17/1838 Dated: 3.3.2017. Please provide me following information for the year (2017-2018): 1.How Many Estate Manager appointed in all 20 schools of SOUTH WEST A ZONE. 2.Please provide the Name of Estate Managers who get the salary of May & June (for the May & June Only) in all 20 schools of SOUTH WEST A ZONE.. 3.Please Provide the list of Estate Managers who get appointed in the Months of April, May in all 20 schools of SOUTH WEST A ZONE.. 4.Please provide the retirement date of the last service of all the managers with the name who get appointed in the month of April & May in all 20 schools of SOUTH WEST A ZONE. 5.Please provide the list of Estate Managers those resigned/terminated with their original date of retirement of the last service in all 20 schools of SOUTH WEST A ZONE. 6.Please provide the weightage of Interview marks (only of Interview) those who got appointed in the month April & May with only below two criteria: A. Weightage of Interview marks given to those who get retired from Delhi Government School (Ex-Savodya School) B.Weightage of Interview marks given to those who get retired from Army (Ex-service Man) 7. List of Ministerial Staff in all 20 schools of SOUTH WEST A ZONE. 8.Please provide the list of tasks for which Ministerial Staff responsible. 9.Please provide the list of the task date wise done by all the Ministerial Staff in last 2 Month with detail description of all 20 schools of SOUTH WEST A ZONE. 10.Please provide the name of vigilance and anti-corruption department name we can approach if there is any muddle up going by the School authorities regarding the appointment and related work as it has come to notice that majority of appointment has been done for the retired person of the savodya-Governemnt School Of Delhi by giving the Incorrect marks in interview procedure to the rest of candidate (those who are not from sarvoday school). 11. What is the procedure to make the transparency of Interview marks for the candidate. Note: Please provide the reply in softcopy as well as in hardcopy.

The subject matter of the information sought are in the domain of Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Hence, in terms of the provision of Section 6(3) (ii) of the RTI Act, 2005, the applications are transferred for furnishing the sought for information direct to applicant.

Respected Authority, I have filed RTI on 14th September 2017, It is being more than 2 months I have not received any response till that. So, Can you please let me know the reason for this delay. Who is the responsible officer regarding this delay. On 22nd September my RTI has been transferred to correct office ie, Directorate of education being despite that I have not received any response from the same department as well. So it is my humble request to you please take strict action against the responsible officer and help to get my response as soon as possible as it is already more than two months delay

Since the Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi is a separate Public Authority, the appellant is advised to file the appeal with Appellate Authority in GNCTD under the terms of Section 19 of the RTl Act, 2005
